Control of the optimum maturation together with complete hand harvesting permit the best selection of grapes in the vineyard. The temperature controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Longer maceration provides more structured and tannic wines. After ageing in American and French oak barrels for one year, the wine spends one more year bottled, becoming ready for the most demanding markets.

This wine is ruby color with luminous and attractive cherry-red reflections. It has fruity aromas of ripe grapes and subtle aromas of new wood. It is well structured in mouth. The tannins and its natural acidity dertermine an entire harmonic expression, round and velvety, the result of a perfect ensemble.
