Made with only the best selected and hand harvested grapes. The first fermentation (or alcoholic fermentation) takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Then the wine passes to clay amphoras for the malolactic fermentation. The ageing process in oak barrels takes between 3 and 6 months providing the wine with its aromas of new wood.

Volatile acidity: 0,4 g/l
Total SO2: 60 mg/l
Residual sugar: 2 g/l
The wine presents a very nice and intense cherry-red color with light blue and violet nuances. It is attractive, clean and bright. Fine aromas of ripe fruits like blackberry, raspberry, plums predominate in nose in perfect harmony with the aromas given by fine wood during ageing. Subtle tannins and well balanced acidity in mouth; fresh, wide and fine structured. Intense and persistent aftertaste.
Ideal for any red meat, cured chesses and Spanish ham (“Jamón Serrano”).
