100% hand harvested grapes selected at the vineyard. After de-stalking the fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The malolactic fermentation is carried out in clay amphoras guaranteeing an outstanding quality. The cleaning is made following natural procedures. The clarifying of the wine takes place afterwards. The whole process ends in isothermal deposits at low temperature down to – 6 ºC for stabilizing purposes.

Volatile acidity: 0,4 g/l
Total SO2: 60 mg/l
Residual sugar: 2 g/l
This wine presents an intense cherry-red color with bright and clean violet dyes. It is very intense in nose with aromas reminiscing of red fruits, such as raspberry. It is well structured, long and round in mouth with a wide and elegant aftertaste.
