Preparation: After destemming, the grapes are vatted at low temperature for 24-48 hours in self-draining tanks where the pre-fermentation maceration of the skins takes place in a C02-saturated atmosphere. Next, the temperature is allowed to rise so that alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of less than 21 ºC. When the 2nd fermentation in concrete tanks is finished, the blending of the different batches of wine define the character of this wine.
Look Stage: Intense ruby red with slightly purplish hues.
Scent Stange: With an intense aroma, rich in expression with nuances of the aging process, ripe red fruit and hints of spice and cocoa sweets stand out.
Taste Stage: Featuring sweet and smooth tannins, it is round, fleshy and full of spiced sensations, with a broad finish
Perfect accompaniment to all kinds of red and seasoned meats, pasta, poultry, semi-cu red cheese, cold cuts and lberian ham.
